Zimbabwe Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai has ended his boycott of the country's cabinet after three weeks, the New York Times reported.
Tsvangirai and his compatriots had enacted the boycott after accusing President Robert Mugabe of infringing on the power-sharing agreement between the two parties. The incident was originally incited after a top-ranking official in Tsvangirai's party was incarcerated.
Although Tsvangirai has called an end to the boycott, it remains unclear what he has received in return. Tsvangirai stated that Mugabe has 30 days to act on the details of their agreement, however, no information other than the statement "pertinent issues we are concerned about" was given.
Analysts suggest that the situation in Zimbabwe remains exceedingly precarious.
