For the second week in a row the Movement for Democratic Change has boycotted a Zimbabwe cabinet meeting, Voice of America News reported.
The MDC has been routinely dissatisfied with the incumbents' apparent failure to cooperate with power-sharing agreements put in place following the last election.
The additional boycott comes after an increase in "violent attacks" towards the MDC, including the recent assault of a top official by Mugabe's Zanu-PF militants.
The Zanu-PF has rejected the claims as "cheap propaganda" and vehemently disputes any such violence, as well as any allegations that they have fallen astray of the agreement.
Various guarantors, facilitators, and other officials responsible for the upkeep of the power-sharing agreement remain hopeful that the issues can be resolved.
