Brad Pitt was involved in a minor traffic accident Saturday after clipping a parked car with his motorcycle.
Pitt tried to maneuver between a parked car and a car stopped at a red light when his handlebars hit the parked car and caused him to fall over, witnesses told TMZ.
Pitt allegedly got up and moved the motorcycle to the side of the road and ran into an apartment building, sources told the NY Daily News.
Pitt chatted with fans made arrangements to have his chopper towed home and exchanged insurance information with the car's owner, Pop Eater reported. He was picked up a short time later and a tow truck picked up the bike.
Initial reports by X17 and other gossip sites indicated a photographer had been partly responsible for the incident have been discredited.
This is the second time in recent months that Pitt has had chopper issues. In July, another of the star's motorcycles broke down in a residential area of Los Angeles, forcing the star to catch a ride with a paparazzo.
Catching a ride with a paparazzo? Ouch, that couldn't have been fun for Pitt. I suppose he's used to dealing with them as a celebrity, but still.
Regardless, motorcycle accidents don't tend to be something that one can just walk away from. From the sounds of it, he got pretty lucky that he didn't suffer any serious injuries.
